Payments on Account with No Invoices

Q: I have payments on account that I have no invoice's for. How do i deal with this?

A: Anne, you must have invoices for all product sales or services rendered. So use the accounting system for your business to generate the missing invoices or type them up yourself in Word etc. Doesn't matter that the transactions already occurred - create the invoices for these.
