Balancing a T Account

Q: If I have a T account with more than 1 entry on one side and nothing on the other side, how do I balance it?

A: Just add the amounts up on that one side, draw a line just underneath the last amount and show the total under this line. This total is the balance. In my experience you don't write anything else there (including "Balance b/f").
